Welcome to District II!

Location: Greenville | Founded: 1987

Ezell Landrum, Jr., President

Ezell Landrum, Jr, is homegrown in the Mississippi Delta from the Town of Hollandale. He is the youngest of six children born to the late Fannie Mae and Ezell Landrum Sr. He was brought up in a small “village setting” where the community and the church were the protectors and shared parentage for the youth of the time. And it was there, he was instilled with life’s principles and citizenship.

President Landrum is a graduate of the University of Mississippi Medical Center School of Nursing. He is the owner of HMI Healthcare Contracting and Consulting Agency serving Mississippi, Arkansas, Louisiana and Tennessee. He currently serves as EPRNM-1 State Chaplain and District II President of Eliza Pillars Registered Nurses of Mississippi. He is an active member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. and serves as Chair of Health Initiatives as well as Chaplain for the Rho Alpha Alpha Chapter. President Landrum is also a member of the 100 Black Men of the Mississippi Delta and the International Council of Shads.

On his life’s mission and journey, he was called to the ministry and obtained his Certification from the MS Delta Bible Institute and presently conducts local, national and international missionary work, seminars and workshops. He has been instrumental in opening doors to allow life changing health ministry programs and missions. He has devoted his life in service of God’s people, “the least among us” in promoting better quality of life.

President Landrum is a businessman and entrepreneur, the Owner/Founder of the Community Youth Center positively impacting youth in the Mississippi Delta. In addition, he has served in the U.S. Army Nurse Corps and has an honorable discharge as a commissioned officer from the Army Nurse Corps.

With his entrepreneurship spirit, he co-founded "FML Residential Center" in Hollandale, Mississippi with his beautiful and lovely wife Audrey Landrum of 26 years. Together they

share a beautiful, blended family.

President Landrum will lead District II from a shared governance perspective with the mindset and motto that “10% of 100 people’s effort is better than a 100% of your own.”
